Midwest ANPD Meeting Minutes

Attendance: Patti Stockhausen, Dina Kebbekus, Amy Bickett, and Kurtis Hammitt

April conference ·         Overall the conference went well

·         Nicole has everything she needs to close out the contact hours

·         Patti has one door prize left for Susan H.

o   Patti, will continue to reach out to Susan

·         Evaluations looks really good

o   There was no topics/ideas listed for upcoming conference

·         Presenters where asked to write an article for ANPD regarding their collaboration across multi organizations

  
Needs Assessment
  • Board discussed creating a survey asking members what topics they would be interested in learning more about
  • Ideas board discussed and agree to include in survey
    • How to elevate your skills in the technology world
    • Something around the scope and standards
    • On boarding a ANPD
      • Each organization presents how they on board new ANPD’s
      • Each organization shares what is going well and what isn’t
    • Standardize patient to be used during simulation
    • Other
      • Board agreed to place “other” on the survey to allow members to share additional topics of interest
  • Patti to create survey and send out to board for review
